Art Twain, childhood friend of Larry Belling, has written and produced over 3,000 radio and TV spots. He is a copywriter, author, musician, music composer and arranger. His award-winning voice work has been heard by tens of millions. Art took the Gap from one store to five hundred stores with his creative and marketing skills. He’s won Clios, Emmy, International Broadcast awards and much more. He plays several instruments, which has helped him in the creation of his jingles and music tracks. He has written and produced musicals and performed humor on stage. He also wrote and produced a five-minute-a-day humorous radio series aimed at school-age kids. Art and Larry were together in a popular comedy music trio at UC Berkeley.

Larry Belling’s creative history includes playwright and former writer/producer of Clio award-winning advertising campaigns for clients including American Express, Greenpeace (Save the Whales) and The African Wildlife Foundation (Save the Elephants). His first play, a dark comedy called “Stroke of Luck,” was a success at the Park Theatre in London, which has optioned three of his one-act plays for next season under the title “For Art’s Sake.”

Cynthia Austin is a multi-published author who lives in Northern California with her husband, two boys, and Sheepadoodle named Chowder. They love all things horror, gothic, and Victorian which prompts her friends to dub them as “The Adams Family.”

A writer, lecturer and consultant, Ray Dan Parker lives in suburban Atlanta with his wife of more than forty years. When not writing, he spends his time working outdoors, teaching and serving in his community.

Jacque Rosman (Jacqueline Corcoran) lives outside Washington D.C. with her husband, two children, and two adopted cats. She is a professor at the University of Pennsylvania and a psychotherapist at Arlington Behavior Therapy. She is the author of A SURREALIST AFFAIR. MURDER IN GEORGETOWN is the first in the Academic Mom Mystery Series.

Native Chicagoan Charlene Wexler is a graduate of the University of Illinois. She has worked as a teacher and dental office manager and as a wife, mom, and grandmother.

In retirement, her lifelong passion for writing has led to her creation of several essays, short stories, and novels. Among her novels are: Lori, Murder on Skid Row, Elephants in the Room, Murder Across The Ocean, and Milk and Oranges.

J.L. Crafts was raised on the outskirts of a very large city in Southern California. Thankfully, back in those days, the very distant outskirts of that city still included open spaces and small ranches. As a young boy, he worked wrangling horses on one of those ranches learning to rope, ride, and train one of the most magnificent animals our planet has to offer. Those early years created a lifelong connection with not only horses but with the West of the 1800’s. College led to law school followed by over thirty years of trying cases to juries up and down the state of California. Speaking to juries in a simple directness, he did what he could to elicit facts and arguments wherever possible through stories of life in the saddle and open spaces. He now spends his days creating those stories on the page and enjoys every minute of it.

Dick Brown has always been fascinated by western history – mountain men, wagon trains, gold rushes, cattle drives, notorious outlaws, ghost towns, and transcontinental railroads; however, he has concentrated much of his recent writing on one region of the American West in particular – the Grand Canyon. He has spent decades researching the early pioneers and the Canyon’s bumpy road from unbridled backcountry to a national park. It is the venerable pioneers of the late nineteenth century, with their struggles to survive and thrive on the ragged edge of this tremendous abyss, that inspired Dick to write this historical novel. The story is based on his own exploration below the rims of the Canyon, on the Colorado River, on the twisted trails, on a mule named Hank, in the copper mines, and at the sites of primitive camps and lodges of a bygone era. During his writing career, Dick has authored and co-authored five award-winning books and has been published in numerous periodicals. He is a retired systems engineer and president of the Grand Canyon Historical Society. As a former Navy submariner, he is a regular contributor to the journal The Submarine Review. He is also past editor of the magazine Ballooning. Dick lives in the forested mountains of central New Mexico, enjoying retirement with his wife and two feral cats.
