Submission Guidelines for eBooks & PrintSubmissions from literary agents, as well as from authors are welcome! Speaking Volumes seeks manuscripts in most genres from veteran authors, to first time unpublished authors, award-winning scholars, poets and authors with an established following in their area of expertise. Our interests include Fiction, Non-Fiction, Novels, Novellas, and collections of Short Stories in the following genres: Science Fiction, Mystery, Romance, Action Adventure, Horror, Young-Adult, Children's, Folklore, Poetry and Scholarly works. We seek manuscripts that are complete and have been copyedited, proofread, and fact-checked before submission to us. We also seek previous-published material whose rights have reverted back to the author. Speaking Volumes retains the sole discretion to decide whether a manuscript merits publication. The initial step is to email the manuscript, a synopsis of the content, and the author's resume along with a cover letter containing contact information to submissions@speaking-volumes.com. We will only review manuscripts submissions that are transmitted by email. Hard-copy submissions of previous published material can be mailed to: Speaking VolumesA member of our editorial team will contact the person who submitted the material after review. No acceptance is binding until a written agreement has been signed by all parties. Speaking Volumes is a full-service, royalty paying publisher of general fiction and non-fiction books. We publish in electronic, paperback and audio formats. Authors are not required to pay for any editing or promotional services. We are not a vanity press or self-publishing company.
